Arctic Marine Technology Group Oy is the owner of Railo Technology Oy and Bluetech Finland Oy. The group was formed when Railo Technology acquired Bluetech 2025.

By combining Railotech’s world leading expertise in icebreaker and ice going vessel design with Bluetech’s strong track record in cruise, ro pax, cargo ship, and governmental vessel engineering, the group now offers a complete design chain from concept studies to basic and production design. This expanded capability enables the delivery of large and technically demanding ship design projects with greater depth, efficiency, and multidisciplinary expertise, strengthening our role as a globally significant player in the maritime industry.

Bluetech Finland Oy is Railo Technology Oy sister company. Bluetech has strong track record in cruise, ro pax, cargo ship, and governmental vessel engineering.

Railo Technology Oy and Bluetech Finland Oy have a long-standing partnership in ship design, and in 2025 Railotech acquired Bluetech, bringing both companies under the ownership of Arctic Marine Technology Group Oy. Although Bluetech becomes part of the same parent group, both companies continue operating under their own brands, combining their complementary expertise to strengthen Finnish icebreaker and ship design capabilities.
